Information on interim and annual reports

Due to the special audit of business operations in accordance with Section 44 (1) sentence 2 of the German Banking Act (KWG) by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the resulting measures and delays, PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft was unable to begin auditing the 2023 annual financial statements until June 2024. It was finally possible to adopt and publish the annual financial statements by resolution of 5 March 5 2025.
