DESCRIPTION:Due to the ongoing special audit of business operations pursuant to Section 44 (1) sentence 2 of the German Banking Act (KWG) by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), PricewaterhouseCoopers GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, as auditors for the financial year 2022, has not yet been able to complete the necessary audit procedures at Varengold Bank AG (symbol: VG8) and the 2022 annual report is still outstanding. Due to the ongoing audits, it will also not be possible to publish the 2023 half-year report until end of September 2023.
