WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

We are looking for an Application and Process Administrator to start as soon as possible in Hamburg. Our hybrid working model with flexible use of mobile working leaves it up to you to decide (from) where you work. However, you should not miss our team day on Tuesda

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementation of new internal and cross-departmental processes in the existing system landscape
  • Configuration and development of system-supported workflows based on process analyses and concepts (Atlassian, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Docusign systems)
  • Training and support of the specialist departments with regard to the digitalization of processes
  • Interface for administrative issues and coordination with IT administration (support for communication between IT and specialist departments)
  • Administration, approval and recertification of authorization management for all systems and applications by proxy

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Expertise in technical system support (the following systems are an advantage: Atlassian, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Docusign)
  • Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN 2.0)
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
  • Enjoy cross-departmental collaboration and application support
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • High level of comprehension when learning new applications
  • Quality awareness and a structured, independent way of working
