WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT TRAINING WITH US:

Are you a strong communicator, sociable and helpful? Then you’ve come to the right place! We value teamwork and customer orientation. We are looking for you from 1st of August 2025 (or earlier) for your apprenticeship as an office clerk.
 
The focus of your apprenticeship is on communicating with customers and colleagues in person, by telephone or digitally, as well as on a variety of administrative tasks on the PC. In changing department assignments, you will not only learn about office management, but also the business processes regarding accounting and marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dealing with our customers - become a specialist for customer service and order processing
  • Planning and ordering office supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as supporting our colleagues in office management/reception
  • Responsible for organizational tasks and ensuring smooth processes in the office
  • Co-design, optimization and digitalization of our bank’s business processes and procedures

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Good secondary school diploma
  • Fluent written and spoken German skills as well as fluent English skills
  • Friendly and open demeanor
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Careful and structured way of working combined with organizational talent
