YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently handling and responding to telephone and written enquiries from existing customers 
  • Assisting customers with the processing of international payment transactions, including opening payment transaction accounts
  • Responsibility for first line of defence tasks, including identity verification in accordance with the know-your-customer principle (KYC)
  • Obtaining and screening relevant documents from defined databases
  • Optimisation and further development of existing processes, e.g. as part of digitalisation projects
  • Checking existing company customers and recording and maintaining master data, authorisations and powers of attorney

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed banking training and/or completed studies with a focus on economics or similar
  • Professional experience in the service centre of a bank, ideally in a corporate client environment
  • Convincing communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
  • High degree of team orientation to work towards and achieve common goals
  • Communicate on an equal footing with our customers, i.e. communicate effectively and convey information clearly and comprehensibly
  • Conscientious, detailed and structured way of working as well as high customer and service orientation
