Working student (m/f/x) process and application management

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

Embedded in the IT Application Development department, you will start a job in which you can take on independent tasks and will be heavily involved in operations. Can you quickly and systematically familiarise yourself with new environments? Then we have the right challenge for you.
 
With the start of the winter semester, we are looking for you on 01.09.2024 (or later) for approx. 15-20 hours per week. Ideally, you live in Hamburg or the surrounding area and would like to come to the office regularly. Take a look at our recruiting video and find out how and where we work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support in the administration and technical support of our Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Docusign systems
  • Collaboration in the implementation of new internal and cross-departmental processes in the existing system landscape
  • Taking on your own (sub-)projects, e.g. for process optimisation and modelling
  • Liaising between the specialist department and the IT development team

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business-related degree programme, e.g. (business) informatics, economics, business administration or similar
  • High IT affinity and interest in digital solutions  
  • Initial experience in business process modelling (BPMN 2.0) is an advantage  
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English  
  • Independent and structured way of working as well as quick comprehension skills  
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
