The Supervisory Board has also today elected amongits members Dr. Lemnitzer as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. His deputyis Michael Stephen Murphy.Dr. Lemnitzer studied economic sciences at the University of Giessen andbegan his career as an audit assistant with Treuverkehr AG in Frankfurt. In1981 he passed the examination as a tax consultant and two years later theexamination to become a certified accountant. Starting in 1987Dr. Lemnitzer was Partner Audit Financial Services and retained thisposition even after the acquisition of the Treuverkehr AG by KPMG Germanyin 1990.
